Parking seemed a hassle for some, depending on the weather, though I was lucky to score a spot near check-in. It feels like while the common areas have enjoyed some investment, the rooms are neglected, which doesn't quite hit the mark for a proper stay.

We loved the central location that made it super easy to stroll through yarrow valley park and visit astley park, both perfect spots for enjoying some fresh air and beautiful views. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when our little one fell ill, they ensured we moved to a clean room promptly which made all the difference for a stress-free stay.

staff were really helpfull n friendly got free upgrade on my room which was great. the swimming pool area was amazing, loved using the jacuzzi too. breakfast was nice even if they ran out of marmite lol. overall the hotel has got some really nice amenities.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a lovely pool, and a great restaurant. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost on my first stay. Christine ensured our meals were perfect during our visit. Highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating especially when we needed extra towels and they were at our door in minutes and the food was fantastic we had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and fresh.

The village rooms felt outdated and in urgent need of refurbishment. they were cold, with the beds proving uncomfortable, one even cramped next to the front door. the toasted sandwiches were a pleasant highlight during our stay, though the overall experience was marred by the inadequate room conditions.

Had such a great time on my recent stay! The Medieval Banqueting Suite for the wedding was stunning, and the food was delicious with great vegan options. The snacks during the evening reception were a hit, too! Can't wait to come back!
